Но у многих ассоциации рисуют покупку старого «бабушкиного» дома с трещинами в стенах и курятником на заднем дворе. Ведь если говорить о постройке с нуля или приобретение готового дома в хорошем состоянии, то это подразумевает под собой нехилые затраты которые многим не по карману. Плюс никто не хочет жить в районе с плохими дорогами и отсутствием хороших магазинов, ведь в современном мире очень важно чтобы все было в близко- доступности, ведь тратить огромное время на дорогу за продуктами не особо приятная перспектива. И когда с приобретением жилья столкнулись мы с мужем, то очень тщательно подошли к этому вопросу. За полгода я уже знаю всех риелторов города, была на демонстрации всевозможных объектов, многие из которых просто не вызывали доверие. С приобретением нашей первой недвижимости, как молодой семье, помогли родители, уж больно сильно они хотят внуков, а рожать ребёнка в съемную квартиру у меня не было ни малейшего желания. Я хотела жить в зелёном районе, с парками и обустроенным дворами, хорошей инфраструктурой, удобной парковкой и культурными соседями, и при всём при этом, я хотела дом а не квартиру. Так ведомая своими планами и желаниями я узнала о такой новинке как таунхаус — это гибрид между домом и квартирой, что-то среднее, малоквартирный дом в два этажа с небольшим земельным участком, и по цене тоже вышло что-то среднее. Таунхаус мы приобрели напрямую от застройщика https://osen-bel.ru/vibor-doma, без доплаты процента посредникам, а это не маленькая сумма. Район просто мечта, везде камеры можно не боятся за деток и своё имущество, высокоскоростной интернет, что для работы моего мужа просто необходимо, ухоженные газоны, идеальная чиста, детские площадки сплошной восторг. А ещё я обратила внимание на людей, они здесь другие: все приветливые, улыбаются друг другу, ходят в гости, такие правильные добрососедские отношения, мне кажется по-другому и быть не может когда ты живешь в подобном месте.
