Ну их же врач должен назначать? А не просто так прийти или купить или заказать через интернет. Неправильно купите, зрение у человек еще больше упадет.

Когда я покупала себе линзы, то обратилась за консультацией к врачу офтальмологу в клинику GMS в Москве. Она опытный врач, подобрала мне идеальные линзы, в которых приятно находится, глаза не болят и не чешутся, могу носить их долго и прекрасно вижу. Без этой рекомендации я бы не смогла выбрать самостоятельно.

Нужно регулярно проверять зрение, так как могут выявить катаракту, которая портит зрение и нужна будет операция.
