Покупка автомобиля в автоломбарде

Решили с мужем приобрести машину в автоломбарде.
Друзья убеждали купить авто у компании Автоломбард в Алматы (https://rich-autolombard.kz) дороже, но данная фирма проверена — мой друг купил у них автомобиль, однако мы клюнули на заниженный ценник и теперь жалеем.
Менеджер быстро связался, дал как бы хорошую консультацию.
На телеграм отправили документы, фото авто.
Сообщили, что авто пригонят по адресу проживания, но требуется оплатить стоимость доставки.
Ну думаем, хорошо, оплатили и ждем авто.

Позвонил уже второй человек, представился директором и сказал, что предыдущий менеджер стажер плохо назвал стоимость авто, как выяснилось от нас требовали отдать им ещё триста шестьдесят тысяч тенге.
На этом моменте мы поняли что что-то не так…
В результате мы отказались от покупки и попросили вернуть деньги.
Они стали начали придумывать какую-то историю, но средства нам не вернули.
