В Украине активно подписывается петиция за легализацию проституции. Легализация позволит повысить бюджетные поступления и защитит непосредственно самих жриц любви и их клиентов.
Соответствующее обращение появилось на президентском портале петиций.
Автор петиции Сергей Дрелинский полагает, что легализация проституции - один из атрибутов демократического общества, гарантирующего гражданам свободу. Очевидно, разговор идет как о выборе собственной профессии, так и о свободном выборе, с кем проводить время.
Объёмы украинской проституции можно оценить посетив любой из онлайн-сайтов по запросу "Проститутки". К примеру, https://prostitutki-lvova.info/ - яркий пример того, насколько большое число девушек нуждаются в регулировании вопроса, защите прав и нормальном налогообложении, которое подразумевает социальные гарантии.
Инициатор петиции убежден, что легализация проституции положит конец тактике замалчивания явления, которое практически есть, но на которое общество просто-напросто закрывает глаза. Помимо этого легализация этой профессии будет способствовать решению вопиющих общественных проблем.
В результате, легализация проституции, по мнению автора, будет иметь следующие положительные моменты:
- выведет из тени область услуг, которая существует;
- обеспечит постоянные поступления в бюджет;
- уменьшит угрозу распространения заболеваний благодаря систематическим медицинским осмотрам, которые будут проходить труженицы этой сферы.
Очевидно, автор еще забыл упомянуть о социальной защите, которая возникнет у девушек, а также про страховой стаж, который будет засчитываться проституткам, платящим ЕСВ.
Кстати, менее 2 лет назад, в сентябре 2020 г., спикер Верховной Рады Дмитрий Разумков недвусмысленно высказывался против легализации проституции.
Относительно марихуаны он предполагал, что в Украине довольно часто под благородной вывеской реализуются сомнительные идеи. Имелись в виду злоупотребления от легализации марихуаны как будто с медицинской целью. В то же время, в 2020 году, идею легализации марихуаны в медицинских целях поддержал митрополит Эпифаний. В конце концов, в 2022 году Кабмин одобрил законопроект о легализации медицинской марихуаны.
Касательно легализации оружия, может быть принят закон уже к концу нынешнего лета. В итоге уже в следующем году продажу оружия узаконят.
