Давно не проверял зрение и поэтому хотелось бы пройти диагностику. Поэтому хотел бы узнать, куда посоветуете обратится? Может у вас есть проверенная оптика.

Правильно говорите, я мама покупала себе линзы на один день https://ochkarik.ru/contaktnie-linzy/odnodnevnye/ в данной оптике чтобы защитить свои глаза. Носить очки мне не привычно, да и переносица потом почему -то болит, хотя очки не тяжелые. просто смотрите сами, с чем удобнее всего Вам ходить, но зрение защитить нужно!

Уже как год у меня проблемы со зрением, после того, как я начала работать за компьютером, я решила не запускать эту проблему и пошла на расширенную диагностику https://optica-nadin.ru/services/rasshirennaya-diagnostika/. Мне выписали рецепт на очки с оптимальной коррекцией с учетом диагноза и переносимости. Теперь я ношу очки, конечно иногда в них не удобно, думаю еще раз пойти в эту клинику, чтоб мне выписали линзы.
