Девочки, мы с мужем хотим купить квартиру в новостройке. На 6 этаже 12 этажного дома и меня смущает, что в самом доме есть мусоропровод. Ведь это мне кажется не совсем правильного и гигиенично. Уж простите, просто все время до этого жила в частном доме.

Мне кажется, что сейчас во всех многоэтажных домах есть мусоропровод. А тебе не нужно спускаться вниз, чтобы выкинуть мусор. На самом деле это очень удобно. Насчет гигиены вообще можешь не переживать, так как ствол мусоропровода (https://oborudstroi.ru/catalog/musoroprovody/) всегда обрабатывается и проводиться санитарные мероприятия в соответствие со всеми нормами. Если, конечно свою работу управляющая компания выполняет хорошо. Ну я думаю, что в новых домах все равно управляющая компания это делает. Поэтому можете не переживать насчет мусоропровода. В большинство многоэтажных домов они есть и был созданы специально, чтобы облегчить жизнь проживающих вроде.
