Лечение гипергидроза

Меня беспокоит гипергидроз, особенно подмышек. Проблема началась пару лет назад, и даже сильные антиперспиранты не справляются. Хочу узнать, какие методы лечения лучше выбрать: медикаменты, инъекции или что-то еще? Буду благодарен за личный опыт или рекомендации.

Мой сосед долго боролся с гипергидрозом подмышек, и самым эффективным решением для него оказалась ботулинотерапия.
