Добрый день! Всегда хотела попробовать танцы на пилоне, но немного переживаю: с чего вообще начать, подойдет ли это новичкам? Может, кто-то подскажет хорошую студию или школу для таких, как я?

Здравствуйте! Я сама недавно начала заниматься и хочу сказать, что все переживания зря. Для новичков это отличный способ попробовать что-то новое, развить силу, гибкость и уверенность. Если ищете хорошую студию, очень советую заглянуть в танцевальную студию pole dance https://polefavor.ru/ Polefavor. У них много направлений, которые идеально подходят для начинающих. Например, можно начать с Pole Exotic, если хочется чего-то женственного, или попробовать классический Pole Dance, чтобы сразу освоить базу. А если пока не уверены, можно походить на стретчинг — он поможет подготовить тело. Инструкторы там очень отзывчивые, всё спокойно объясняют, и атмосфера дружелюбная. Я сама ходила на пробное занятие и влюбилась. Так что просто запишитесь на пробный урок — это ничего не обязывает, но вы точно почувствуете, ваше это или нет. Удачи, и не бойтесь пробовать новое!
