Привет! Думаю начать принимать коллаген, но хочется понять, какие у него плюсы и минусы. Кто-то может поделиться своим опытом?

Здравствуйте! Если вас интересует коллаген для приема внутрь плюсы и минусы (https://lipocolla.com/), могу поделиться своим мнением. Я принимаю жидкий коллаген Lipо Colla, и плюсов у него действительно много. Во-первых, он помогает улучшить состояние кожи — делает её более упругой и увлажнённой. Во-вторых, способствует укреплению суставов и уменьшает болезненность после физических нагрузок. Ещё один плюс — удобство. Питьевые стики можно брать с собой куда угодно, а приятный персиковый вкус делает приём лёгким и приятным. Из минусов могу назвать разве что необходимость регулярного употребления, чтобы увидеть результат. Но важный момент: Lipо Colla использует липосомальную технологию, что обеспечивает отличное усвоение. Для меня это решающий фактор, так как многие другие коллагены менее эффективны. Если думаете попробовать, я рекомендую именно этот продукт!
