Проблема точности дозирования

Работаю на пищевом предприятии, часто занимаюсь фасовкой приправ и специй. Последнее время начали поступать жалобы на то, что количество в упаковке не совпадает с заявленным. Насколько я понимаю, это проблема с нашим оборудованием. Кто-нибудь знает, как можно улучшить точность дозирования?

Была у нас похожая история, когда пытались фасовать смеси специй, но получались то недовесы, то перевесы. Долго искали решение и решили перейти на мультиголовочные дозаторы. Они дают невероятно точный результат, а кроме того, очень удобно, что оборудование можно настроить для работы с несколькими продуктами одновременно. Это сильно упростило процесс и сократило жалобы.
