Застройщик ЦДС вполне надежный. Да, конечно не без косяков, но такого, чтобы они не сдали какой то объект, я не слышал. У меня брат живет уже год в доме их постройки, у них все гладко прошло при покупке.

Для того чтобы максимально обезопасить себя при покупке недвижимости, стоит запросить у продавца: свидетельство о государственной регистрации права и другие правоустанавливающие документы (договор купли-продажи или наследования, дарения, приватизации и пр.), и еще выписку из ЕГРП.

Это понятно, но боюсь, что данная информация несколько устарела, потому, что в наше время насколько знаю, самым главным документом при оформлении сделок с недвижимостью является выписка из госреестра. А вот тут я заказывал срочную выписку из ЕГРН https://dominfo.ru/vypiska-egrn , и не прогадал, все сделали оперативно и качественно.
