Понравилась планировка нескольких квартир в ЖК NEW TIME. Помогите разобраться, стоит ли там покупать квартиру?

Честно скажу, мне тоже не очень нравится его расположение. Метро очень далеко, да и транспортная развязка так себе. Про пробки - тоже аргумент.
